FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Everything creators ask before joining — no small print.

Are you officially partnered with TikTok?
Yep, we are! We're a fully verified TikTok LIVE agency. When you hop on board, you'll link your account to us — super quick and easy. This just helps us support you properly and unlock the perks that come with being part of an official agency.
How much does it cost?
Zero. Nada. Nothing. It's completely FREE to join. TikTok actually rewards us based on how well you do — so it's in our best interest to help you grow and exceed. The better you do, the better we do. Win-win.
Do you take a cut of my LIVE gifts?
No. Joining is free and we don't take a cut of your gifts. You're paid by TikTok, and TikTok rewards the agency based on how the network performs — so our incentive is simple: help you do well.
Do you specialise in TikTok LIVE, or also short-form content?
We're all about TikTok LIVE — but we've got your back on the short-form game too. Whether it's going viral on the FYP or building deeper engagement in Lives, we'll guide your entire TikTok growth strategy and help you stay sharp with content that actually converts.
What support do you provide to help me grow on TikTok LIVE?
You'll be set up for success from day one. We offer:
  • 1:1 mentoring tailored to your goals
  • Exposure through our internal creator network
  • Live battles with other creators to boost visibility
  • Access to exclusive training modules that break down how to stay on top of the algorithm and grow faster
Basically, we don't just drop you in — we build with you.
Will I have a dedicated manager or point of contact?
Absolutely. You'll get a personal manager who'll stay in touch with you via WhatsApp. They'll be your go-to for support, strategy, and any questions along the way. You'll also see them listed directly inside your TikTok account as your agency rep.
Is there a minimum number of hours I need to stream weekly?
We recommend at least 15 hours a week, especially if you're new and trying to grow fast. That said, if you're smashing your engagement and viewership goals, we're flexible. More time = more opportunity to shine. But we get that life happens, and we'll work with your pace.
Will I retain full control of my TikTok account?
100% — always. You're the owner of your account and you can leave the agency at any time. No strings, no weird logins, no shady stuff. Just pure support and partnership while you're with us.
